Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring pre-printed name, address, phone, and wedding date labels. This allows you to quickly enter any drawings or contests you have an interest in.
Bring your calendar to make appointments with the professionals.
Make a quick walk around the venue, taking notes on booths that stand out or catch your attention.
Accept literature, you may lose a business card, so this will serve as your backup.
Make a second, more deliberate trip, stopping at those booths you were impressed with. Use this time to get more information and possibly set an appointment. Have fun!
